Detailed Description

The iRoast 2 is our midrange home roasting unit. This roaster is the best fluid bed air roaster on the market. If you plan on sticking with roasting for a while this would be the roaster to start with. The iRoast 2 roasts 1 cup of green beans (150 grams) per roasting session and gives a nice even uniform roast and it works well for dark roasts. The new iRoast 2 has programmable memory for the 10 custom roast profiles that are saved in the memory even when you unplug the unit.

Manufacturer Information

User can set up roasting curves or use two preset roasting curves: At each roasting stage, temperature is accurately controlled.

Accurate roasting time and temperature adjustment: Roasting time can be changed by 1 second and roasting temperature can be adjusted by 5� F (2� C) increments.

Check the roasting temperature during the roasting cycle: Built-in function for user to check the roasting temperature; no need for thermometers any more. It gives the user a clear idea of the inside temperature.

Increase/decrease roasting time during roasting: It gives the user the flexibility of controlling the final roasting results.

Memory function: stores the previously used roasting curve.

Patented wind tunnel and thermoflector design for even roasting.

LCD display shows time, temperature, stages, and other functional/processing/error information.

Warranty Information

The manufacturer, Hearthware, provides a 1-year warranty on the iRoast 2 home coffee roaster. Hearthware asks that you call them directly at 1-888-287-0763, if you have a warranty claim. Feel free to contact us as well if you have any problems.
